Experiences Designed to Shift your Culture, Performance and Potential
Building connected, collaborative teams that foster a culture of creativity, innovation and belonging can be hard work…but it doesn’t have to be. It just takes intention and a willingness to try something different.
That’s where Shift to Play comes in.
Playful minds =
Happier, Higher Performing teams
Unlock the potential of your team through play.
Shift to Play creates interactive experiences and programs that help your team play, learn and grow together.
Pulling from their years of integrating play and well-being tools into the teams and companies they led, Corean and Yoshee developed a proprietary framework proven to shift your team’s culture, performance and potential.

We’ve retained Shift to Play for the past couple of years to educate our staff on the importance of awareness, connection, engagement, and inclusion using improv techniques under their P.L.A.Y framework.
We touched on themes like effective communication (virtual and in-person), learning to listen to respond inclusively versus react defensively, mutual understanding, and mindfulness techniques to be more present at work.
If your team is feeling disconnected in this new hybrid/remote environment, I would highly recommend partnering with Shift to Play to curate a custom P.L.A.Y session for your team. You won’t regret it. Plus, you’ll have lots of full belly laughs while at work!

Creating Shift to Play
Corean and Yoshee, two friends who met in Atlanta while taking improv classes, connected over the fact that they had very similar careers and how much play was helping them become better leaders. After graduating from “improv school” they, along with 6 others, formed a bi-poc improv troupe, The Red Pill Players, and quickly became an internationally traveling team.
As they delved deeper into the world of improv and play, they both realized how much these tools would help their teams and began integrating them into work. The results were amazing. They noticed how much more collaborative and connected their teams became.
When they found themselves taking a break from their corporate careers at the same time, they knew they had to find a way to integrate play into work in a bigger way.
In 2023, Shift to Play was born with a mission to help organizations do work differently.
